Shop Terms
Shipping & Processing Times
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and Montana Pratt is not responsible for delays caused by our carrier. Processing time for each order varies depending on the items ordered (see individual products for details). Due to varied product processing times, we do not offer Express Shipping at this time.
Domestic shipping is to Australian addresses only; we do not ship internationally at this time.
Payment Options
Available payment options include secure credit card via Stripe, and PayPal.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations. To return, contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of purchase. I don't accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
